Just about an hour later at the same location, another car swerved to get out of the way of the lane closure and cut off a man on a motorcycle.
The biker lost control and crashed. He was taken to a hospital complaining of back pain and road rash. Another minor collision happened again in the same spot soon after.
We're told police then called TxDOT officials to reposition the cones around the lane closure.
