Community mobilizes to find missing girl

CHICAGO

Fifteen-year-old Yasmine Acree was last seen on Tuesday, January 15. Friday, religious leaders joined with students and faculty from Austin Community Academy to pass out thousands of fliers with Acree's picture.

The search is a personal one for Reverend Ira Acree, who is a board member of the L.E.A.D.E.R.'s Network.

"This is my cousin. I've been on the battlefield helping others and I'm so grateful today to have other people to come and help me. This is my cousin and I love her very much," said Acree.

The L.E.A.D.E.R.'s Network is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to Yasmin Acree's safe return.
