'Bathroom Bandit' holds up bank

Investigators are hunting for a bank robber they're calling the "bathroom bandit."The robbery occurred at a Chase bank on Memorial late Tuesday afternoon. Bank employees say the man, who appeared extremely nervous, went up to a closed teller station before disappearing into the restroom. When he came out, he handed a note to a teller demanding money. He got away with some cash.

"Bathroom Bandit" is described as a black male, 24-27 years old, 6'01" to 6'02" tall, 180 pounds, slender build, medium to dark complexion, with a fade hair cut. He was wearing a black jacket with gold trim, red tee shirt with yellow design, and blue jeans.

Investigators have released surveillance photos. If you know who the bathroom bandit is, you're asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS. There is a cash reward.
