Some parents not happy with anatomically correct baby doll

What lies underneath one doll's diaper has a lot of parents upset.

The "You and Me Mommy Change my Diaper" is an anatomically correct baby boy, which means the doll has male genitalia.

The doll is sold at Toys R Us and some parents were shocked to discover how the baby boy fills his diaper. They created a Facebook page to complain about the doll's anatomy.

But other parents commented on the page and say the doll is harmless.
