It's grandma to the rescue when snake gets close to party in Anahuac

ANAHUAC, TX (KTRK) -- It's the season for snakes. A viewer in Anahauc sent us a picture of her grandmother saving the day.

The snake apparently slithered across a birthday party, sending the family into a panic. Apparently, while everyone was running in the other direction, this granny, Lolly Park, took control of the snake and the situation.

We're told the snake she's holding is a grass snake. Lolly grabbed it and after showing it to everyone at the party, she released it.
