LONGVIEW, Texas (KTRK) -- An Amber Alert has been discontinued for a 3-year-old in east Texas after she was found safe, police said.

Earlier on Sunday, authorities were looking for Neveah Chaseberry, a Black female believed to be 2-feet 6-inches tall, weighs approximately 30 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

"She has been found safe and has been reunited with her parent," according to a post on the Longview Police Department Facebook page.

Authorities had also said they wanted to find Donnie Chaseberry, a 53-year-old Black man with tattoos on both arms, abdomen and chest, and a scar on his left elbow.

Longview police did not say if he had been also been located.

Amber Alerts are issued when authorities have reason to believe a child is in grave or immediate danger.
