Pedestrian hit and killed by 18-wheeler on Highway 6

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Authorities are responding to reports of a deadly pedestrian accident involving an 18-wheeler Wednesday afternoon.

Houston police responded to a report of a person being hit by an 18-wheeler on Highway 6 near Memorial around 2 p.m.

There's no word of how the accident occurred.
