The big show -- 'Houston Recovers with Clay Walker and Friends' was Friday night at Lakewood Church. Clay Walker, Brian McKnight, Regina Belle, Yolanda Adams, La Mafia's Oscar de la Rosa, Danny Gokey and CeCe Winans all hit the stage in front of a full house. The entire concert was broadcast live on abc13 and online on abc13.com.

Pastor Joel Osteen, Mayor Sylvester Turner, ABC13's Gina Gaston and Clay Walker got the night started.

"So many people in our area suffered extreme loss due to these recent floods. Many lost more than possessions - jobs, family members, homes and in some cases their livelihood," said Mayor Turner. "It is our privilege to come together and help our fellow Houstonians recover. I thank all of the wonderful people who have made this opportunity to help others in a big way possible."

The event was free to the public. Organizers encouraged people to contribute to the Greater Houston Storm Relief Fund at HoustonRecovers.org.
