Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston, who won the Heisman Trophy, is accused of shoplifting seafood.

Police say Winston tried to steal $30 worth of crab legs from a store in Tallahassee, Florida. He claims he just "forgot to pay."

Authorities did not arrest him, but they did write him a ticket. He'll probably have to pay a fine or do community service.

Winston led Florida State to their first national championship in more than a decade this year. He also received college football's highest honor amid sexual assault allegations.

No charges were ever brought against him.
