A woman is in custody after witnesses say she punched a woman and urinated on a man's car on Christmas Day and then gave police a false name when they caught up to her.

Leslie Calvillo, 18, is charged with assault and failing to identify herself to an officer. According to Houston police, it started at around 8:30am when she went into a room at the Wingate Hotel in north Houston. Witnesses say she appeared drunk and began cursing at people inside.

When they asked her to leave, police say she began taking her clothes off. Witnesses say she went outside and began to urinate on a man's car.

Witnesses told police when they tried to stop her, she pushed one man and punched a woman.

She was told police had been called and she reportedly then took off.

Calvillo was found a couple hours later at a hotel at 1500 N. Sam Houston Parkway. Police say witnesses positively identified her.

Police say when they tried to get her name, she gave them the name of her mother. Later, she reportedly told officers she gave the false name because she has an open warrant in Harris County and didn't want to be arrested.

Calvillo is being held on a $10,000 bond. Her first court appearance in January 2.
