Surveillance video from a neighbor's house shows that driver in a black pickup truck Wednesday morning. That's when the 7th grader says the man yelled at her to come over but she ran to her firend's house. The girl's mother reported the incident to Katy ISD.
The girl told police the driver was a hispanic man in his 40's with slicked back short hair.
