/*Chad Holley*/ went to court over a burglary case, but was taken into custody by officers over an unpaid $187 fine from last year. Holley's court date in the burglary case was re-set to April 4.
Holley and several other suspects are accused of breaking into a home in northwest Harris County last June.
In March of 2010, a security camera recorded Houston police officers beating and unarmed Holley after a different home burglary.
