Investigators say the men robbed the bank on Kirby near Bissonnet Friday morning. Officers tracked them to a house in the 3100 block of Burkett near Rosalie in the Third Ward.
The men barricaded themselves into a home, leading to a short standoff in which SWAT was called in. The suspects eventually gave up and were arrested.
No one was injured in the robbery or the standoff. The FBI is now looking into the case.
