Investigators with the US Immigrations and Customs Enforcement and Homeland Security investigators don't know exactly where the woman is, but believe she's somewhere in the United States.
They say the woman has produced at least one child pornography video that showed her engaging in sexual acts with a 4- to 5-year-old child.
The woman they're looking for is a Caucasian female between 23 and 29 years old with a medium build, brown hair with blond highlights and hazel/green eyes. She has a mole on her left thigh and a tongue piercing.
The case originated in Denmark, where police first discovered the video. They reported it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
