A construction project shut down two left lanes of the Southwest Freeway between Rice and Chimney Rock. Those lanes are expected to reopen Saturday at 9pm.
The ramp from the 610 South Loop to Highway 288 southbound is also closed for construction.
That ramp is scheduled to reopen at 5am Monday. Motorists can instead take the South Loop westbound connector ramp to Highway 288 northbound, exit Yellowstone and turn left (west) at Yellowstone to the 288 southbound frontage road and onto 288.
