An anonymous tip regarding cruelty to animals led to the discovery of a cock-fighting ring in progress Saturday.
There was even a concession stand at the site in the 8200 block of Kerr Street in east Houston.
Investigators said they looked around the large building -- possibly an abandoned warehouse -- and saw seven or eight stolen cars and others that were broken down.
Officials have 10 people in custody so far. Charges are pending.
