Two suspects in the murder of a convenience store clerk were in court Monday. Daniel Jacob Stiener, 22, and Michael Ray Morris,29, are both charged with capital murder for a Christmas Day robbery. Police believe Stiener was the shooter and Morris checked to make sure no other customers were in the gas station before the robbery.

Morris later confronted an Eyewitness News crew on the scene demanding we stop airing surveillance video. Our news crew gave authorities Morris's license plate number.
