Four relatives charged in deadly Stafford bar shooting

STAFFORD, TX

Warrants for capital murder charges have been issued for Michael, Francisco, Tony and Joe Marin, according to a Stafford Police Department press release. Additional arrest warrants also are anticipated to be issued against them.

The quartet is accused of shooting six people during a fight that spilled into the parking lot of the Stafford Ice House off South Main and FM 1092 on Saturday. Two of the shooting victims died, and the four others are recovering.

Detectives say the victims were at the bar to celebrate a birthday when an argument erupted. The suspects left, only to return at closing time to confront them in the parking lot.

Police say the Marins should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is asked to call Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers 281-342-8477.
