Authorities seek sex offender on the loose

HOUSTON Eric Rivas is wanted for two felony warrants for violating his probation. A warranted has been issued for his arrest. Investigators believe Rivas has fled the Victoria area and is hiding out in Houston.

Rivas is a 22-year-old Hispanic male. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 140 pounds. He has a large tattoo on his right leg, pictured above.
