Houstonians head to the polls for runoff election

Voters head to the polls to vote on several runoff races. A big draw is the race for Houston's next mayor. The top-two vote getters after last month's election are Annise Parker and Gene Locke.

Meantime, MJ Khan and Ronald Green are both vying to be the city controller.

Five Houston city council seats are up for grabs -- districts A and F, and at-large positions one, two and five.
