Water main break causes big mess

HOUSTON It happened on Arapahoe at Lockwood. Water shot several stories high yesterday, as the spewing water flooded the streets. A resident called a council representative, who called the city of Houston to fix the water main.

The water did not get into any of the nearby homes.
