/*Anthony Scott O'Shea*/ was arraigned on charges of child pornography, sexual performance of a child and online solicitation of a minor. Investigators say O'Shea and an 11-year-old Houston girl met while playing online on their PS3s. He then allegedly convinced her to send him nude photos of herself and distributed them.

Prosecutors say this is the first known cybersex crime involving a Sony PS3.

Prosecutor Eric Devlin explained, "We've never seen one of these cases before, regarding a /*Sony Play Station*/. Most people don't realize that the Sony Play Station is actually capable of accessing the Internet like a computer can. You can access websites. You can access graphic websites or things like email accounts, any type on there, and you can communicate with anybody."

The judge kept O'Shea's bail at $300,000. Sony is cooperating with Harris County in the investigation.
