Recipe: AHI Sauce

AHI SAUCE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Dry Mustard (Coleman's)
  • 3 oz. Beer
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard

    • Directions:

  • Combine dry mustard, beer, soy sauce and Dijon mustard.
  • Mix well with wire whip.
  • Using rubber spatula pour and scrape sauce into container and refrigerate ready for service
