ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTRK) -- A woman now has her prized zebra head back home after it was stolen during a break in.
Surveillance video shows a woman leaving the home in Anchorage, Alaska, with the stuffed zebra head nicknamed George. It was the staple of the homeowner's living room.
"Broad daylight, being so brazen to come into someone's home, make yourself comfortable and then literally leave by calling a cab," homeowner Stacy Scott said.
The zebra head was something she got from a friend.
"Just something fun and whimsical. I was about to dress him up for Christmas actually, so something to make someone smile," Scott said.
Desiree Fuller, 38, was arrested at a motel after taking a taxi there. The zebra head was later found in the trunk of that cab.
