Woman hurt in drive-by shooting on Houston's south side

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A bullet hit a woman lying on her couch early this morning on Houston's south side.

Police say someone in a car fired into the home on Parnell around 3:15am.

The woman was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
