Woman arrested for DWI was 4 times over the legal limit in northeast Harris County

ATASCOCITA, Texas (KTRK) -- A woman was arrested after deputies discovered she was driving four times over the legal limit for alcohol.

Erica Phillips, 37, was driving on Timber Forest Drive when she was stopped by a deputy. The deputy said Phillips displayed several signs of intoxication.

After failing field sobriety tests, Phillips was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Deputies say this was her second DWI. Her bond was set at $2,000.
