Webster Police Officer Colin Murphy has been found not guilty of official oppression.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Webster Police Officer Colin Murphy has been found not guilty of official oppression.

Murphy is one of three officers accused of kicking and shocking a suspect with a taser. Body cameras recorded the incident when it happened in Nassau Bay in September 2013.

The other officers have yet to stand trial. They were placed on paid administrative leave during the investigation.
