Ring camera captures lightning hitting house in Rosenberg

ROSENBERG, Texas (KTRK) -- The Rosenberg Fire Department is reminding people to be safe during lightning storms after sharing video that showed a lightning strike hit a home, sparking a fire in the Walnut Creek subdivision.

The video was captured through a Ring camera as storms rolled through Tuesday night.

Rosenberg FD said no one was hurt and the fire was contained in the attic.
