Fulshear City Council removes longtime police chief over an 'overwhelming evidence of misconduct'

Fulshear City Council voted unanimously Tuesday night to remove longtime Police Chief Kenny Seymour from his position following an independent investigation that city officials said uncovered "overwhelming evidence of misconduct."
