Strong wind gusts over Clear Lake as thunderstorms rolled in
Tropical Storm Bertha is making its way toward Texas, and some of us could feel impacts as early as Thursday. An ABC13 viewer captured strong wind gusts over Clear Lake on Wednesday evening as thunderstorms rolled through parts of Southeast Texas.
