New trampoline park opens in Cypress

CYPRESS, TX (KTRK) -- A new trampoline park in Cypress is gaining popularity. The park includes games, rides and other attractions for kids and adults.

Bounce Bounce Trampoline is located at the 7900 block of Barker Cypress Road and opened to the public in May.

The park is about 50,000 sq. feet which includes 15,000 sq. foot of trampolines, a ropes course, kid's maze area, and six rides including an indoor zipline, bumper cars, water hamster ball and mini viking and spaceship kid's rides.

There are many benefits to jumping on a trampoline. Studies show that it improves your mood and according to NASA research, jumping on a trampoline for 10 minutes is a more efficient cardio workout than 30 minutes of running.

The workout is also easier on your joints,improves your balance and allows your to recover faster from your workout.

Be aware, trampoline parks are currently not regulated by the federal or state government.
