Truck crash cleared on 610 East Loop southbound at Clinton

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A crash involving an overturned heavy truck has cleared from the southbound lanes of 610 East Loop near the Houston Ship Channel.

The truck crash blocked the southbound lanes at Clinton for several hours, at times bringing traffic to a complete standstill on Wednesday afternoon.

We do not know the condition of the driver or what caused the wreck.

Traffic is still slow in the area.
