SUGAR LAND, TX (KTRK) -- All outbound main lanes of the 59 Southwest Freeway at Williams Way are back open after an overturned concrete mixer kept them shut down for hours.

Video from Skyeye HD showed the overturned truck on the main lanes of the freeway. There also appeared to be spilled cement all over the roadway.

All traffic was forced to exit at SH-99 until the freeway was reopened.

There is no word on when the freeway may reopen.
