59 NB at Spur 527 back open after heavy truck accident; expect delays

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- There's a big traffic mess on the Southwest Freeway you'll want to avoid this afternoon.

An accident involving a heavy truck had all northbound lanes shut down at Spur 527. It's back open, but there's still a major backup in the area.

At this point, we don't know of any injuries.
