COLLEGE STATION, TX (KTRK) -- Hundreds of health care students gathered in Bryan on Thursday for the Texas A&M Health Science Center's annual Disaster Day.
The students got the ultimate test of working under pressure and how to work with traumatic injuries.
This year's simulation was a train derailment in Downtown Bryan during a festival involving over 500 patient actors and 200 health care students.
The test included everything from blood covered victims to hysterical patients.
