Investigators said they believed the 911 caller inside the unit was the current boyfriend of the woman who lives in the apartment, and the alleged intruder was her ex.
Pershing Middle School parents spent the last week grappling with an unsettling scene unfolding in front of students. Their worries only intensified because they said administrators weren't saying anything.
After an intruder was arrested at the Los Angeles home of Robert Kennedy Jr., the suspect was released from custody and later returned to the residence, where he again was arrested.
As police continue their investigation into finding the suspect, they said the suspect is not linked to other break-ins, but do believe he is dangerous.
"It's very unnerving." The couple said they couldn't believe seeing an intruder in front, never mind in full nudity. Now, they believe the stranger has tried hitting other neighbors.
HPD said the man and woman had just recently met when he moved into the RV park. The case will be presented to a Harris County Grand Jury to decide if charges will be filed.
