A man who co-owned an in-home daycare center with his wife is believed to have killed his wife and their 7-year-old daughter.
Records show the teacher, who has been working in the daycare industry for a decade, threw a chair at another student's head the same day of the 3-year-old's reported abuse.
The purse snatcher was caught on camera taking off in a white four-door sedan, possibly a Hyundai, after robbing a mom from behind while she was putting her child in the car.
The suspect's former employer, who was visibly upset at the unfolding case, said he went through a background check and FBI clearance, and everything was good.
Investigators said the daycare worker had access to kids through his employment or volunteer work at multiple daycares, churches, and school districts in the Houston area.
The suspect jumped into a playpen with several children before officers used a taser and tackled him.
