Suspect sought for sex assault of child

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Authorities need your help to find a man accused of sexually assaulting a 4-year-old child.

Police are looking for 22-year-old Thierno Carr. He is accused of sexually attacking the child in July 2009 inside a residence in the 6700 block of Bellaire Gardens.

Carr is the son of the victim's babysitter. The babysitter told police that she was taking a nap when the child came and woke her up to tell her what happened.

Anyone who knows Carr's whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS. A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered in the case.
