Gunshots rang out, and the woman was found lying on the street, covered in blood.
Police said Greer was shot three times, once in the upper right thigh, once on the upper left cheek, and once in the back of the head.
Goodall, 34, who goes by "Trey" around the Acres Homes area, was believed to have left the scene with another person in a gray Dodge truck.
We do not know if police have any leads on the possible second suspect.
Relatives said Greer recently lost a baby, born prematurely during Hurricane Harvey, and said she didn't have any enemies.
