Woman dies in wreck that split car in half

SPRING, TX (KTRK) -- A fatal accident split a car in half on the 8900 block of Spring Cypress.

Early Friday morning, a woman driving a Honda Accord drove around the curve off the road and continued in shallow ditch for quite a distance.

The vehicle hit a utility pole, splitting car in half.

The driver was killed. She was only person in car.

At this time, there are no indications that alcohol or any other vehicles were involved.
