Texas Southern to host Pro Football Hall of Fame exhibit

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- One of the most comprehensive exhibitions highlighting the game of football is coming to the Bayou City.

The "Best of the Pro Football Hall of Fame" exhibit will be housed at Texas Southern University Museum beginning January 30 through April 30.

"Selecting Texas Southern University to house the Gridiron Glory exhibit is a powerful statement about the reputation TSU has built in the community and beyond," said TSU President Dr. Austin Lane in a press release.

The 6,000 square-foot exhibit will feature NFL Films footage, rare documents, fan experiences, historical documents, the Vince Lombardi Trophy and an authentic interactive instant-replay booth.

If you're looking to test your knowledge on Houston sports, the exhibit will feature a "Hometown Tribute" section. The special section will spotlight the Houston Oilers, Houston Texans and Texas Southern.
