It's opening day for the Astros

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The Houston Astros are set to play in front of a sold out crowd for Monday night's season opener.

The team takes on the Cleveland Indians at 6:10pm at Minute Maid Park. For fans wanting to go, there are still standing room only tickets.

At 1pm, the Annual Opening Day Street Festival takes place on Crawford Street. The event is free and open to the public with live music, food, and games. ABC-13 meteorologist Casey Curry says the weather for the event should be pleasant. You can check her full opening day forecast here.
