HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The daughter of a Houston firefighter was aboard the bus involved in a deadly crash in which four people were killed in Oklahoma.

The bus was carrying the softball team of the North Central Texas College team.

Samantha Maddin, of New Waverly, TX, was one of 11 women injured in the crash.

Maddin posted a photo on Twitter in the hours before a semi-truck crossed the median and crashed into their bus late Friday night. Four of her teammates were killed.

Authorities now say the driver of a tractor-trailer told them he had been distracted by something in his cabin before the accident.
