Astros arrange pizza delivery to all 94 Houston fire stations

The Houston Astros Foundation partnered with Papa John's this week to deliver pizzas to all 94 fire stations in Houston.

The team said that 470 pizzas were delivered across the city to support the approximately 4,000 firefighters working in Houston during the coronavirus pandemic.

"Providing lunch is a small way for us to say thank you to so many of the first-responders in our city,'' Astros owner Jim Crane said. "They truly are our unsung heroes. We wanted to show them how much they are appreciated.''
