The Houston Sports Awards

The sixth annual Houston Sports Awards celebrated the city's top athletes, past and present! It commemorated and recognized the year's sports achievements, icons, performers and moments. This years star-studded event was hosted by Alex Bregman, January 25 at the Wortham Theater, and was certainly a night to remember for Houston Sports! Get more info about the event.

College Athlete of the Year - Marcus Sasser
Coach of the Year - Dusty Baker
Moment of the Year - Astros World Series

Executive of the Year - Jim Crane
Sportsmanship of the Year Award - Jose Altuve
