HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Lisa Helfman discusses the organization she founded that aims to get fresh vegetables and fruits into the homes of inner city families.

The program is called "Brighter Bites" and it has distributed nearly 3-million pounds of produce to more than 8,500 families in Houston and Dallas.
