Video shows man riding on car roof on 610

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- An ABC13 viewer recorded video of a man appearing to ride on top of a car roof on 610 Eastbound.

"I was just driving home regular work day I noticed a weird obstruction on top of a car and when I noticed it was a person I took a quick video since I was driving," said Joaquin Santiago.

Santiago says he saw the man riding on the roof on May 18 at around 3:30 p.m.
