WILKES-BARRE, PA (KTRK) -- A children's book borrowed from a Pennsylvania library 75 years ago is now back where it belongs.
Robert Lockman says he found a book his late father checked out in 1941.
He was only 9 years old at the time, and five days later, Pearl Harbor happened.
The library says they're thrilled to see the book, and are going to waive the $550 late fee.
