The Houston Bicycle Museum will display vintage bikes with holiday lights throughout Rice Village

HOUSTON -- Houston native Joy Boone has owned a bike shop out of her home since 1968 and after collecting one of kind vintage bikes, Boone decided to open the Houston Bicycle Museum on Binz Street.
