Husband cries happy tears over wife's Disney-themed pregnancy announcement

Before mom-to-be Erika Jackson even found out she was pregnant she knew exactly how she was going to tell her husband, Jacob. Fans of "all things animation," Erika found a framed art print inspired by the movie -- the same piece of artwork Ellie made of her house with Carl at Paradise Falls.

Which in and of itself is lovely, but certainly not worth viral standing. At least not until Jacob turns the painting over and discovers a poem written by Erika announcing "Baby Jackson" is due 6/9/2015.

Check out the video above to watch Jacob's impossibly sweet reaction and make sure you have some tissues on hand because Jacob's "We did it!" at the end is pretty much the best.

Congratulations to the happy parents-to-be and cheers to a lifetime of adventures...
